Expand Leadership Initiative is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping women gain access to rooms that change them. We offer scholarships to women for in-person events that promote their personal and professional growth. We offer events, workshops, business masterminding, and networking opportunities because we believe that when women have more money, the world is a better place.

OUR INITIATIVES
Our core initiatives are built to move the needle—on confidence, clarity, and collective momentum. We offer scholarships for women to attend high-impact events, host immersive retreats and summits like FEMPIRE business summit, and build bridges between established leaders and rising voices. We also partner with aligned organizations to bring more women into powerful rooms, ensuring that transformation isn’t limited by access. Each initiative is a ripple, and together, they create waves.
